Compensation benchmarking
What will the module help you with?
The compensation benchmarking module serves for easy comparison of the company's compensation relations of job positions with comparable positions throughout the Czech Republic and in individual regions. The outputs of compensation benchmarking form an argumentative basis for negotiations with employees, organization founders, and trade unions in the area of compensation budgets.
The module is suitable for everyone who wants to:
- obtain data for setting fair and competitive compensation
- have materials for negotiations with employees and trade unions
- have certainty that their compensation system corresponds to current trends and market reality
- compare compensation in the company with the labor market in the Czech Republic and individual regions
- compare compensation including their individual components (base salary, bonuses, allowances, etc.)
Basic functions of the module
- clear and interactive output that allows further work with data
- detailed, granular classification according to CZ-ISCO
- compares compensation that was actually paid, including bonuses and allowances
- processes compensation data of nearly two million employees
- contains GPG – unadjusted gender pay gap of the company
You will receive compensation benchmarking data for 2025 clearly in the form of tables and graphs.
From January 2026, Compensation benchmarking will be available directly in the HR DRIVE application.
Sending data to HR DRIVE is easy. It takes place twice a year through a simple export of data from the personnel information system.
