The outputs of compensation benchmarking form an argumentative basis for negotiations with employees, organization founders, and trade unions in the area of compensation budgets.
You will receive compensation benchmarking data for 2025 clearly in the form of tables and graphs.
From January 2026, Compensation benchmarking will be available directly in the HR DRIVE application.
Sending data to HR DRIVE is easy. It takes place twice a year through a simple export of data from the personnel information system.
